Tropical Green-Bean Smoothie
Bright green smoothie. Green beans, mango and pineapple make a sweet smoothie without the added sugar.

  1. Add the frozen fruit to the blender first.
  2. On top of the frozen fruit add your cucumber, green beans and limeade. The parsley and kale go on the very top.
  3. Add one cup of water.
  4. BLEND!
  5. And blend again!
  6. You want to make sure the kale is fully blended up which is why you give it a couple of whirls with the blender.
  7. Add a tiny pinch of salt – this brightens the flavors. It is optional.
  8. Pour into your glass. I like to use mason jars, mainly because I have so many.
  9. If you have extra, cover it up and store in the refrigerator. It makes a great afternoon snack or you have breakfast already made for tomorrow!
